Features

  1. Larger size for higher torque:
    Our gears have a module/size approximately 5%–7% larger than those of the competition, resulting in higher output torque for additional power.
  2. Expanded contact surface:
    With our WSH180 / WSH210 output stage, with ratios of 3, 4, or 5 and a four-planetary-gear design, we further increase the allowable output torque while maintaining a compact size that increases power density by more than 30%.
  3. Full needle bearing design:
    Our planetary gears adopt a full needle bearing structure at the transmission interface of the internal bore to increase the contact area and improve structural rigidity.
  4. Efficient integration of the input shaft and sun gear:
    Sizes 064–140 feature an integrated structure for better torsional capacity and precision, ensuring optimal performance.
  5. Integrated flange and output shaft:
    Our integrated mounting flange, together with the nitriding process for the PO precision flange, ensures the highest precision and rigidity. In addition, the integrated double-support structure design in the output shaft improves concentricity, reduces noise, and increases rotational precision.
