Our MS series of worm gearboxes offers a modern and robust design, standing out for its lightweight, high-strength body. Manufactured with die-cast aluminum for sizes 25 to 90 and grey cast iron for sizes 110 and above, it ensures optimal heat transfer and efficient water drainage during washing. High-quality bearings and seals ensure long-lasting performance.

In addition, each gearbox comes equipped with a filling and drain plug for easy maintenance.

To reduce noise levels, the worm wheel is made of bronze alloy and the worm is made of treated steel. All support surfaces are meticulously machined to ensure perfectly flat mounting. The RAL 7031 surface finish not only protects against oxidation, but also corrects any porosity, extending the product’s service life.
